The best raw vegan cheesecake, ever… and I’ve eaten a few. This one is moist, not too heavy but entirely heavenly. I also had a fantastic salad there. All the dishes I sampled were made with great quality ingredients, with innovative combinations and just delicious. Plus the ambiance is wonderful and the owners are lovely.

A great variety of healthy fresh food for a reasonable price! As two vegans, stumbling across this place was a saviour. We ate here three times and were impressed every time, the staff are friendly and helpful, definitely reccomend trying out! I wish I could of taken part of a yoga class that they offer upstairs. Good vibes coming from this place.

Energising morning classes to start off your day, as well as evening practices for deeper stretching and relaxation are available here. Take your practice to a whole new level with our Yoga Alliance certified teachers. All levels are welcome!

About the practice

Morning 9 AM class is an invigorating Hatha Yoga flow to strengthen your body, find balance and calm your mind. We start off with short meditation, followed up by a warm-up, several rounds of Sun Salutations and traditional yoga asanas. Standing and balancing postures, twists, forward bends and backbends, inversions, full-body stretching and long restorative Shavasana make our 90-minutes class.

Evening 5 PM classes are Vinyasa yoga with Lois. The classes combine breathing techniques, asanas (physical postures), relaxation and meditation and are aimed at aligning body, breath and mind. All classes are suitable for beginners or intermediate yogis. Originally from Wales, Lois has a background in fitness and is a trained personal trainer and outdoor leader (rock climbing, kayaking and mountaineering). She started practicing yoga four years ago when moving to Asia and completed her teacher training in Bali. She enjoys sharing yoga and its positive effects with others through the classes at Simple Things.

About the studio

We are located on the second floor of Simple Things Vegetarian Restaurant, so you can enjoy immune boosting smoothie or a healthy delicious meal after the practice.
Mats and yoga straps are available. And don’t worry about the Kampot heat too much, for we have fans.
